The rice grown on freshwater snail farming method is ripening at the golden fields of Munbau Village. At the time of rice harvesting, Rice is cooked by a wood fire on an iron pot at a rice paddy, which is the very fantastic rice cooked from the new crop. The authentic taste of cooked rice can be felt when one eat one spoonful of the newly cropped rice by putting a piece of gimjang kimchi on it.
