First, fry or parboil various kind of green, and then mix them by adding seasoning. Fry beef to be used as a garnish and season eggs. Then, bibimbap is done by putting greens, meat and egg on rice.
By boiling the mixture of water parsley fermented liquor and agar, and getting it hardened by pouring it into all sorts of moulds, sweet jelly with water parsley is completed.
